My career in dentistry started as a registered dental assistant. In the lead RDA position and as the infection control coordinator, I found my passion for training clinicians and creating systems to create a culture of safety for my team and patients. As the team grew, I became the Clinical Specialist, where I led the clinical department, trained team members, and developed new systems to keep our team thriving.

Supporting the practice and team is a passion that led me to become a Compliance Specialist!

Dental Clinicians need support when creating or maintaining a culture of safety, and I am here to help. A culture of safety takes guidance, education, and structure. I use my 20 years of experience, achievements, and education to help clinicians create a culture of safety. The Shining programs will provide the support you need to educate and motivate the team while you come together to cultivate a safe working environment and provide the best standard of care. I am here to help your practice be known for its safety at the highest level while having fun and enjoying what we do best as dental clinicians.

As a wife to a Fire Captain, mom to three wonderful kids, and grandma to the sweetest little boy, I understand life is busy. But when it comes to important issues like dental compliance, we have to make time to support and guide each other.
